We provide free and confidential specialist advice, advocacy and information on welfare benefit entitlements to cancer patients and their families living with cancer.
We offer full benefit checks that also include help with form filling, advocacy and representation at appeal tribunals to those people living in the Medway Service area. Advice can be provided over the telephone but we can offer home visits, if necessary.
For those accessing the service through the Kent Oncology Centre through the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust we offer full benefit checks, help with on-line form filling (not Universal Credit) and, all advice is provided by telephone only. We do not offer home visits or representation at appeal tribunals.
